THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE SCHEDULED THIS REPAIR. WHEN THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED, HE WAS PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED THAT HE WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE UNIT INSTEAD OF AUTOMATICALLY REPLACING IT.

THE SERVICE WAS OK, ONCE YOU GET THEIR ATTENTION. IT TOOK QUITE A WHILE FOR THE COMPANY TO RETURN MY CALL. PERHAPS THEY HAD MORE CALLS BEFORE ME. I HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE OF WEEKS THOUGH.
