A 1 Vacuum Cleaners

Went great - they were quickly responsive when I called and asked me to bring the vacuum in. The owner was very clear on the work that he would do, when it would be completed and how much it would cost. Everything was completed on time and it works great! Very pleased.

He repaired my 25 year old Electrolux Vacuum quickly and very economically, AFTER another vacuum repair shop I had taken it to had said there was no hope of fixing it, and they are also well rated on Angie's List. I was so pleased and grateful for A 1 Vacuum Cleaners! Terrific service.

He was very responsive and we had it back the next day. This is the second time we used him and will continue to use him as needed. Great service at a very reasonable prices!

I called Thrusday morning and he said to drop it off.  I did an hour later and he called me a few hours after that and said it was ready.  I brought in the belt and the roller bar so all I had to do was pay for the labor. 
He has all kinds of vacuum parts there, so if you need filters or belts, he has them.
I am so glad I brought my vacuum here. I went to a name brand place in Kenwood and they quoted me over two hundred to fix it. 
I am glad there are people who are not wanting to rip you off like A-1.

In a nutshell, I thought there was a broken belt, since the vacuum cleaner no longer functioned on carpet. A1 found out that part of the roller was broken and another part had melted and performed the necessary repair, in addition to cleaning out the filter. I was really pleased with the responsiveness, expertise, and professionalism of A1. And, really happy that I didn't need to purchase a new vacuum.

Saw recommendations for his shop on Angie's List. Brought in my vacuum cleaner in the morning. He called me in the early afternoon to tell me what the cost would be. I agreed and he said that it would be ready in an hour, which it was. I would use him again.

II didn't realize how much my vacuum cleaner had needed servicing until I got it back from A-1 Cleaners! I took it in becuase I thought the and quot;self-propulsionand quot; wasn't working very well. They repaired that, and replaced some belts and stuff, and now my vacuum works like a charm. They were pleasant to deal with, and got the work done in one day.

No story, but great service at a very reasonable price!

The service was great. I took the vacuum in and the next day got a call that all that needed to be done was to have a new belt installed. The vacuum would be ready the same day. I picked up the vacuum the day after and it worked just great. They had even put a scent in the vacuum so it freshened the air when I used it.

Work completed quickly and vacuum cleaner works well.

Dropped off our vacuum and received an estimate later in the day. The vacuum was ready to be picked up that same day and worked fine. It was also cleaned and a broken cord hanger replaced at no additional charge.

I was very impressed with their service. I had an estimate within hours of my dropping off the vacuum and the job was done in a couple of days. The total charge was $22 for cleaning and a new belt. The staff are very nice and professional.

I took it in not working and it came out working perfectly. The price was $19.95 and I think that was great. I have an ancient vacuum cleaner that I had replaced and I had gone back with my old one so I expected that it would die one of these days. It stopped working and I took it to A 1 and he replaced the belt and cleaned out and did whatever that was needed to work. He also put something in it that smelled good when I used it. He called me sooner than I expected and said that it was ready. I was very pleased. He also carries bags for my ancient vacuum cleaner that I don't get in most of the places. He was excellent and very wonderful. There was only one person when I went in there. I loved to be surprised than what I expect. I took there because I had brought my vacuum cleaner bags from there. They are also very convenient and I also got much better service than I expected. I would have been satisfied even if it was a little slower and little expensive.

I took my vacuum cleaner to them and they had it fixed on time. They were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. My overall experience was excellent.

Overall he did a fantastic job. A++ work. Very honest and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when my vacuum was repaired in less than 24 hours and for much less than the other estimate that I received. I would definitely recommend this company.

I dropped it off the afternoon I first called and it was ready the next day. Great price/value for the service. The guy saw that I had my kids with me and helped me unload the vacuum and when I picked it up he brought it out to my car so I never had to unload the kids.

Owner was very polite, to the point. He estimated work and completed the work within 24 hours. The cost was more than reasonable.

Very satisfied. Within 1 day I received a call back that he had found the problem and it was ready. When I picked up the unit, it had been totally cleaned, fixed, and he had put a wonderful powder in the bag that smelled great. He went beyond expectations!

Overall, this was an excellent experience. We dropped the vacuum off in the morning, A-1 called with a diagnosis and cost estimate within a couple of hours, and the repairs were completed that same afternoon.
