MR. SHANG IS AN ENGINEER FROM CHINA WHO EMIGRATED TO THE U.S. AND STARTED HIS OWN COMPANY IN CINCINNATI. HIS ENGLISH IS HEAVILY ACCENTED AND SOMETIMES IT'S DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS SAYING. HOWEVER, HIS WORK ETHIC IS AMAZING.
