I hired 360propertyadvantage around 6/2022 to complete renovation on my home. Thomas(aka)Luke Loukinas agreed to start the renovation 3x times and all 3x times he was a no show/no call. i attempted to contact him via email, text and phone with no response. I also attempted to mitigate a resolution thru BBB Consumer Agency. Mr. Loukinas refused to participate in the process to make a good faith effort to resolve the matter. After further background check I notice he has done the similar bad business practice to other customers. Place them under contract, receive payment to complete the work and was a no/show/no call. The customers had to take Mr. loukinasto Court or request State or County Agencies to intervene in an attempt to get their money back. Very bad business, deceptive and not trustworthy

Very well! They did a fantastic job fixing my plaster. I cannot tell that any work was done because it blends in so perfectly.

360 did an awesome job on the painting in my living room! I loved the tile work they did on my kitchen floors so much, that we even had them do our backsplash! A+ across the board, we highly recommend.

360 did an amazing job. My bathroom looks fabulous and I love my new paint. They also finished ahead of schedule.
