1-800-GOT-JUNK? is a professional, full-service solution to the junk removal needs of both residential and commercial customers. From a single item pick up to a whole house, our services provide cost effective, timely, efficient junk disposal. We pick up just about anything from broken appliances, worn out furniture, old mattresses, yard and garden debris, outgrown swing sets, and construction debris. You don't have to do a thing – don't crawl into the attic or basement, don’t lift anything, don’t sort anything. Don't use that dumpster rental - Call us! We show up on time at a time you schedule (even the same day), give you an up-front estimate, load the junk, and clean up. It's that easy. In an effort to keep our planet green, we donate and recycle as many items as we possibly can. In Dayton, we work with the Montgomery County Material Reuse Facility (McMrf). In Cincinnati, we have teamed up with St. Vincent De Paul in an effort to donate as many items that we can. Arrived on time. Expensive! One of the workers complained about lack of sleep. Damage done to stairway carpet. Will need to be replaced. Workers did NOT notify us of damage. When contacted they stated that they did not notice damage. Contacted regional manager. Sent photos. He stated he would get right back to us. Have not heard from them yet. Would absolutely never use again.

"We take issues very seriously. The job was done 2 days ago in the afternoon, and subsequent to the issue being reported to us, we secured the contact information for the property manager and are in the process of contacting them to take care of this. It is extremely rare for us to have a complaint or damage from our customers---but with that said, we appreciate the issue and are already in process to remedy it."

The overall cost was nearly $400. I paid a local dumpster rental service $200 earlier this year and put more trash into it. This service is great for small loads you want gone NOW. Otherwise, don't waste your money.

We would have been happy to have another truck brought out to fill any remaining items with. If you still have those items, please call into us and schedule another appointment and we will charge you for the remaining items as if they were loaded at the same time as the origninal items. Three young men and a truck arrived on time - actually a little early by my request. We walked around the house to survey what needed to be removed and then, provided a cost estimate. They immediately set about removing the agreed to items. Overall, they did excellent job, and were very easy to work with throughout the entire project!

The guys at 1-800-Got-Junk were great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They are fast and professional. They arrived early, but called to ask if that would be okay. When they got to the house, all we had to do was point at the unwanted items and they took them out of the house and put them in their truck. We had quite a bit of stuff, but it only took them 30 minutes from start to finish. Great value and wonderful service.
