We take issues very seriously. The job was done 2 days ago in the afternoon, and subsequent to the issue being reported to us, we secured the contact information for the property manager and are in the process of contacting them to take care of this. It is extremely rare for us to have a complaint or damage from our customers---but with that said, we appreciate the issue and are already in process to remedy it.Service Provider Response
