"To be honest, NatiBuck has never worked directly for her or even met her in person. She bought a house from an investor, months after we worked on the property in November 2017. She found out that NatiBuck did some cosmetic upgrades and emailed me directly to blame NatiBuck for plumbing and electrical issues, that we did not perform. We did however set a new toilet which eneded up leaking. I agreed to send her a $200 check for a partial payment, the amount that would have cost NatiBuck to do the repairs needed, and apologized for the inconvenience. She did not reply back to the email, but did move forward in chasing the check on 12-4-17. Skip skip skip, February 11, 2019 she decided to post this negative review on my business. I am replying to show that I made a decision, in good faith, to help resolve this issue in 2017 and do not understand the relevance on the "negative review" fifteen months later? We warrant all of our work, as all of my customers are aware, and go over and above to make sure all of our customers are happy before completing the project or our warranty periods expires. Again, this was not a direct customer of NatiBuck. She did not give NatiBuck the opportunity to make the initial repair, but reached out to us after the repair was completed for reimbursement, so NatiBuck reimbursed her for what the cost would have been. I feel that this "negative review" is unwarranted."
