They were a fabulous crew, showed up with all the equipment necessary. Went out of their way to grade the area properly, most remarkable was their work ethic, the site was cleaned and they even swept the street.

As expected.

They arrived early, kept the work site clean and full filled the job completely

Very impressed. They were so fast. They were very efficient and clean. Nice and smooth. Always able to see the difference of how nice it is. Cost efficient for how attentive and they were very timely with questions.

They replaced the driveway and tore out the concrete sidewalk without a permit from the city of Cinti. They could not pour concrete without a permit which took over a week to obtain. The city inspector they had to raise the asphalt up to meet the sidewalk. I couldn't use my garage for over a week and I wound up with a hand patch of asphalt where it meets the sidewalk. Looks terrible. Also, the city marked an additional 8 sections of sidewalk that I had to replace.

We called to see about getting our driveway sealed.  The girl that answered was unfriendly and rude.  She says we are not taking any more appointments this year, and we are not accepting appointments for next year.
What is the point of having someone like this on Angie' List.  They don't accept work this year, or next year, and they are totally unfriendly in telling you so.
Thank God I didn't get into doing any business with them.  Doesn't Angie's List do any kind of qualification of contractors they accept?  I am wondering why I should continue with Angie's List.  Customer service like exhibited here would not be that difficult to determine.  My experience is that where the customer service is totally lacking that attitude permeates throughout the organization.

The service turned out very well. They did the work at a rental property. They were reliable and efficient workers. A crew of about 6 came out and completed the service in about 1 day. They were very professional and thorough. They were great with the clean up afterwards and respectful of the property. I had no problem scheduling the service.

The service did not turn out that great. The quality of work was not very good so I was not charged for the service. One technician came out and completed the job in about 1 hour. They did a fine job. I had no difficulties scheduling the service.

The service went okay. I ended up not using anyone for the project. Their estimate was in line with the other companies I looked into. Pinnacle would have been the company I went with. The owner came out for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The estimate was clear cut and I had no difficulties scheduling the service. I would consider using them if or when I need.

We have used them for many years. Their services have always gone very well. Three technicians came out and completed the job in a morning. They have great pricing and quality of service. The staff does good work. They are punctual and I have had no problem scheduling a service.

They are a reputable company. I had to call them back out 1 time for some patch work and they came back out free of charge. They have all kinds of equipment and it is all great. They kept to the schedule we had. I have never had any issues contacting the company or scheduling a service with them. I plan on hiring the company back this fall.

Pinnacle Paving & Sealing Inc. are very good. They did a good job. It's about 12 years later, and it's still looking good. It's held up.

I needed a driveway replaced and I called for an estimate,Received a call a few days later asking for details, Man was Will Knight  very nice on the phone, said he was out to see job and wanted my e mail and would send estimate. Few days later another man called and said we do not serve Northern Kentucky and go with another company being Len Riegler.Very unprofessional and rude.This company needs to practice what they advertise.

Pinnacle was not the lowest estimate, but they seemed much more knowledgeable, so I went with them.

They were extremely professional and solved our driveway problems once and for all - it still looks wonderful.  We highly recommend them.  Although I had forgotten to mention a 5% discount coupon from Angie's List for their services until after we received their invoice, they were happy to honor the coupon and immediately deduced $600 from the bill!  That's excellent customer service and it was much appreciated.

The process went great. The guy who came to do the quote was very nice, punctual and respectful. For doing the actual work, the team showed up on time, got to work, and did a great job. They asked me a couple of questions about how I wanted the transitions to my garage and sidewalk to go, and I told them and they did it perfectly. The driveway still looks great over a year later.

Showed up at appointed time for the bid, gave us a bid that was very competitive, followed up at once with relevant contract, insurance paperwork etc and set the work date within a few weeks.  The work date was actually moved forward to our pleasant surprise.  On the day of the job, they showed up with a very professional crew on time.  The work was completed to our satisfaction, which they promised in advance it would be.  They required no up front money.  It has been a couple of weeks since the driveway was completely torn out down to the gravel base and reconstructed with gravel and new asphalt.  Doing this was our idea..  We wanted to address the underlying issues with the driveway not just cover over problems.  They did a fantastic job.

Their service was good. We had to deal with the rain, but they got everything done. All the workers were very nice. He wasn’t the cheapest but I felt he was the most knowledgeable.

They are very good. Their prices are reasonable and the work is performed in a timely manner. I would recommend them.
