LAKE REFRIGERATION RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR SERVICE CALL, RECOMMENDING A NEW HEAT PUMP AND PROVIDING AN ESTIMATE. ALTHOUGH THEIR ESTIMATE WAS HIGHER THAN THE ESTIMATE RECEIVED FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, WE CHOSE TO USE THEM, AS WE HAD USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY'VE PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE TO US. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE NEATLY AND SATISFACTORILY. BECAUSE THE COMPANY DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN A MANUFACTURER'S OFFER, THEY OFFERED US A $500 COUPON DISCOUNT, INSTEAD.
