 + -1 moreWas pain full in March for job that contract states 5-8 days to complete. Well, this is now 9-29-2020 and Amos Harber d.b.a. Water Into Wine Construction has yet to complete the work nor a partial refund. Please check the Ross County Common Pleas Court for judgment against him before hiring because he did the same to others.
