Terminix

Inspector came out on a Saturday to check for bed bugs. One of our cabin rental customers had complained about seeing bed bugs. They were ticks, not bed bugs. Terminix did not charge for the inspection.

They’ve been out multiple times and still never solved the ant problem. I’ve seen spiders and my dog has spider bites as well. I called the office after they didn’t show up for the appointment I had set yesterday and was told several times they were trying to get in touch with the technician. I waited all afternoon for someone to show up and was told at about 5 pm when I called again and was told they didn’t work yesterday because of the snow storm. I rescheduled for them to come today and they never showed up during the appointment window. I feel like they’ve been pulling my leg all along.

Upon researching found a few things to do that would help resolve this problem - Was informed in a not so very nice way by the manager that none of these things would work and he did not like people doing research on their own.....of course this building has been having problems for approx 4 years - something is not working.  They sprayed my apt 3 times - did not work - I moved

I like the service man, but they seem to get the appointments mixed up often, so I don’t like the home office. I do like the person who comes out, he is very thorough.

.They come quarterly. If he saw something he didn't even need to point out..., He would even take care of the yellow jackets out in the yard...
