 + -1 moreMy mother needed a new mattress and she told me about this store that recently opened in Chillicothe (she lives in Circleville). We went in the store with a strict budget and while we waited to talk to the sales person, we looked at several beds and made a selection that seemed comfortable and was in the budget range. When we did talk with the sales person, we were asked why we were looking for a new bed, what was the issue with the old one, what our price range was, etc. He then showed us several more beds in our range that were a better overall fit and we ended up with a better mattress for the same price as the one we had selected. We also got a mattress cover to protect the bed from liquids which is a must for my elderly mother.
Description of Work: Help select mattress for my mother: Discuss price Discuss why she needs new mattress help with finding the best deal in her price range.

 + -1 moreI did not feel rushed or pressured. I had a specific budget and David helped me select the right mattress in my price range.
Description of Work: I stopped in this new store on August 19th. They had just opened the new store and were still working on it. I found out that Mattress Firm is a national company and am glad to have them in my area as an option. I talked with the store manager, David Francisco. He was very helpful and took his time with me even though it was near closing time. I did purchase a new mattress and feel that I got a good deal and a good education on mattresses.
