So far, I have paid him $7000 of the $9500 agreed to for this project. All the work that has been done is a hole in the ground. I have reached out to Josh numerous times over the past 2 weeks and have even gone to his home once trying to gain contact with him. When I call from my phone numbers, he doesn't answer, but when I call from another number, he does. This tells me that he is avoiding me, which I just don't understand. I've tried to be very calm during this process, but we are going on 2 months now and there has been no progress and he has all my money. My grade is based on the fact that there has been no service completed per contract.
Description of Work: I hired Josh's Excavating to put in a full foundation with concrete perimeters, blocks, two windows, tie downs and access doors. Also supposed to set up septic system, electric hook up and water hook up. He said he could have the work done in about a month per contract and as little as 4 days verbally. I have also paid $563 for a permit for the work to be done and it is only good for 6 months (we're 2 months in at this point).
