I went with Diane Carnes to sell my house for a year. The first three months I had Barb for a sales rep. Turned out that she couldn't ad 2 plus 2 because of health reasons. So Diane took over as sales rep. Neither Barb nor Diane could remember the facts of my house to put in the ad or tell buyers. It was as though they heard nothing I had said. Every week I would find the door unlocked. I had the whole house professionally winterized $220.00. They pumped antifreeze into every water line in the house. I had one contract buyer that backed out of the contract four days before closing. They backed out because they were led to believe that the electric had not been upgraded when it had and it was easy to see. And then because they were also led to believe that a seven year old roof needed to be replaced that didn?t. The inspections all had been done. Including pumping out all the antifreeze when the plumbing inspection was done. When the smoke had cleared, the non sale of the house had cost me to have the house re-winterized and Diane Carnes dropped me like a hot potato then went running, leaving me stuck paying $$$. On the face, Carnes seems normal & caring. But I found out differently and had to pay for it. Turns out that the owner Diane Carnes health may not be the problem. But reality is not her cup of tea and being unprofessional and bringing her personal life to work and to her customers is just unforgivable. There is much more to tell to this story but you get the idea. In a nutshell: Diane Carnes wasted a year, didn't sell a house that is well worth the money and she cost me money out of my pocket doing so...And this was after Diane Carnes told me in an email that she would reimburse me!
