Over all, the workers did a fairly good job on everything except the cabinetry. Poor workmanship installing the cabinetry trim and handles. Some of the vertical handles are not plumb and some horizontal are not level. The contractor showed up on the job when it was time to get a pay check. Any remaining problems were to be corrected when they were due to come back to hook up the kitchen sink. Some were and some were forgotten about. I guess that this is why you shouldn't pay until everything is done and done right. So, I would not hire this contractor again. They are not as good as they think they are. One heat run has never worked right and the other heat run quit working, 4x12 register was crammed into a 3 1/4x12 register boot with a six inch inlet. the feed was eight inch flex duct and all held together with "masking tape". The other heat run goes upstairs and is installed in the downstairs ceiling so I can't see if any "masking tape" is loose. By the way, the contractor has not returned my phone call but has sent a bill for hooking up the kitchen sink.
Description of Work: Demo wall between dining room & kitchen, installed new drywall-finish-prime, electrical, plumbing, installed entrance door, capped off chimney and installed new kitchen cabinetry. Added two heat runs and one return air.
