+ -1 moreI obviously would never recommend this person for any work, as he is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I can't understand the way so many of these contractors conduct themselves. I am just thankful we never gave him a deposit (I never do anymore, for reasons like Harry Varcelli).
Description of Work: Harry Varcelli initially gave us an estimate of $1700. to replace a culvert pipe running under our driveway last fall. He called repeatedly over the winter to see if we had made a decision, so I assumed he wanted to do the work. We wanted to wait until after winter to make the repair so in early March, I called him and we agreed he would do the job. It is now May, and he is no where to be found, despite numerous messages I have left him (his cell phone is 440-477-9882).
