Quality has no substitute and it show in the work this company does. Their crew was exemplary in the installation of my brick walk and light piers. Each component of the job was built right, right from the start. Once things are built right, you never have to worry about fixing it. I Donâ  t have to worry. All I have I have to do is is enjoy a job well done.

Mike and son did a super fine professional job. He responded to my call within a couple of hrs. his work went way beyond my expectations . I had no cleanup or moving back of my stone eagles. He and his son did everything. They hosed the drive and swept it clean. I have a patio off the back of our home that needs redone. Mike and his son will be my first choice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I hired Mike and his crew to repair our brick patio which labor intensive and required several trips to the brickyard to find bricks that matched our existing bricks. Mike went above and beyond what we originally agreed to with a slight upcharge. This was not a "sexy" project but he took great care in doing things the right way. Highly recommended, I will use them again.

I hired Summerbreeze based on a referral and their reviews here on Homeadvisor. Mike did a great job meeting all my needs. Him and his arctitect created a beautiful patio and pergola for me. His crew was on my property for just shy of two weeks and handled everything from land grading/draintile to final cleanup. My backyard is now a great hangout for family and friends.

Everything about working with Summerbreeze was great - immediate attention to our request, good suggestions for lighting placement. My only hesitation for giving this a flat out 5 stars is my own fault -- I didn't get other estimates. Summerbreeze installed 4 lights highlighting our home and one out in the yard. Those, with the transformer and labor, totaled $1700. I feel like that's steep, but again -- I didn't do my research. My husband and I just had a really good reaction to Mike and opted to proceed with his great work.

I would like to add the lighting was l.e.d. with a 300 watt stainless steel transformer. 200 feet of wire that was trenched in and had to cut concrete for wire under sidewalk. Project was not your typical lighting job since we needed to use a trencher and concrete saw. It was a pleasure meeting you guys and working with you and we are going to move two lights under your Magnolia tree as soon as we get a chance. Thanks again."

Mike came out to meet with us, look at our yard and carefully explained the services he and his team could provide. He asked questions and listened and through that discussion, he learned that we wanted to change the landscape of our front yard from just a drive by to a "wow, look at that beautiful yard". Mike introduced us to a landscape architect who also listened and spent time with us. While Roger was drawing up a plan, Mike began to work on the yard: cleaning, trimming and getting to know us. Roger submitted his plan and we were "wowed". Mike turned the plan into a beautiful reality. We can't say enough about Mike and his team -- consummate professionals who took care of us and the yard as if it were their own. We highly recommend Mike and Summerbreeze as well as Roger. If you want to turn your yard into a beautiful landscape, call on them.

I can recommend this company to anybody. At first I hesitated because Michael did not show for the estimate because he mixed up the days. What convinced me to reschedule our first appointment was his complete honesty about the mix up. When he came out for the estimate we hit it off right away and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about. I never got any other estimates from anyone else. He was able to schedule the job that very same week because I had water seeping into my basement, His crew was VERY professional in every respect. They were polite and friendly and worked very hard. I do wish that they had rung the doorbell before they started the work. The price was fair and they did an excellent job cleaning up. Don't hesitate call Mike! Thanks Mike for a job well done!!

Interlocking Pavers for Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
Mike was wonderful to work with. He did excellent work installing prefab steps and pavers for a very reasonable price. Unlike other contractors he was prompt to return phone calls and was willing to take on a small project.
