When he left he stated that he would mail me an estimate. It has now been about 2-3 weeks and I have not received the estimate.

I have been using this electric company on and off for about twelve years. They have come out to do a lot of work for me. They handle the job very well. He will tell you when the work actually needs to be done. He will tell you when things will need to be done in the future. He is not just trying to get money. He is very honest and friendly.

Mr. Rosen completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself. But when we went to a hardware store to obtain more remote control fan switches, we discovered that he charged us twice the actual cost of those switches! When we tried to address this issue with Mr. Rosen, he advised us that he would have to get back to us because he did not have the invoice in front of him. He has since refused to return repeated phone calls... As a result, we will not use Mr. Rosen again.

My husband had a list for Steve when he arrived. He worked his way quickly through the list. The main items were the ceiling fans and GFCI outlets. My husband had installed the fans, but Steve did the actual connection to the switches. He double checked the work my husband had done on the fans, as well as a variety of other fixtures, problems, and questions. He was good about returning our calls, and arrived on time.

He did a great job. He was very professional and I will definitely call him again for any other electrical needs. He also honored the 10% Angie's List Discount. I was very satisfied with the services he provided.

It went great. Mr. Rosen was professional and very responsive to what we wanted done. He did a good job of replacing the light fixture and when examining the driveway lighting, he was amendable to the fact that we could not spend as much as it would cost to determine the problem and subsequently replace the lighting fixtures.

He rocks! Steve's awesome! He's very professional, doesn't overcharge you, and does what needs to be done and gets out.

WONDERFUL! HE CAME IN WENT RIGHT TO WORK. HE MOVED QUICKLY THROUGH THE JOB, WASTING NO TIME. RESPONDED TO MY SOS AND CAME OUT TO OUR HOME WITHIN THE HOUR.

THEY CAME BY FOR AN INITIAL ESTIMATE, & WERE TO CONTACT ME TO SET A START DATE. THEY NEVER DID FOLLOW UP. CIRCUMSTANCES FORCED ME TO DELAY THE PROJECT, BUT WHEN I CALLED RECENTLY, & EVEN MENTIONED NOT GETTING A FOLLOW UP CALL LAST YEAR, THEY PROMISED TO CONTACT ME AGAIN SOON. THEY HAVE NOT.

HE IS DEPENDABLE WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL COME. HE IS THERE ON THE NOSE AND HE DOES A VERY CREDIBLE JOB. HE IS QUICK AND I THINK HIS PRICES ARE REASONABLE. HE IS PLEASANT TO HAVE AROUND.

ON TIME, ORGANIZED, AND A SKILLED CRAFTSMAN. HE WAS REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE APPEARANCE OF THE PROJECT.

STEVE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND BROUGHT MY HOME UP TO CODE FOR SALE.

NO NONSENSE. HE JUST CALLED AND GAVE ME AN APPROXIMATE COST OVER THE PHONE AND A DAY THAT HE WOULD CALL AND COME. I HAD TO CALL HIM WHEN HE DID NOT SHOW UP, BUT HE CAME OVER THE DAY THAT WE THEN AGREED ON. HE WAS HONEST AND FAST!
