Sprinkler System Specialist

As noted above over all a professional job.

Very responsive,friendly,yet very professional. They were extremely accommodating to my requirements.  They went well beyond reason to make make me a satisfied customer not only price wise(I quoted four other companies and they the lowest), they were relaxed about the job and not concerned about charging me for a small additional area that innocently came up later suggested  by Dave in our discussions about my vision for the project.  I would recommend David HInes in a heart beat to anyone wishing a relaxed,yet professional job done at a very reasonable cost.  I will use them in the future for service and expansion of my irrigation system. Do yourself a favor and check them out before you decide.

They did a good job.  They both professional and timely.

They were reasonably priced. They were good and they were prompt. We did call them to do some adjustments on the spouts and they came out right away.

I left a message for this company and they called me back the next day. In the meantime, I had checked with my sister and she recommended someone, so I was not able to use their services. But, I was very impressed by the timely return of my phone call -- most times you cannot get anyone to call you back.

They were very good. They gave me a quote over the phone. The man was very nice. He informed me about some problems that needed to be taken care of in the spring. He came out within a few days and showed up on the day he supposed to, although he was a little late. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Went well. The second zone that they worked on required them to tap into a line and dig to add more hose underground and then add three heads to irrigate my landscaping bed. That's why the cost was so much. Service call was $75, labor for two guys was $200 for 2.5 hours of work and parts cost $194.50. There may be companies out there that might be cheaper, but they do good work. I'm happy.

CALLED INDICATING THEY'D BE 1 HOUR LATE. ACTUALLY ARRIVED NEARLY 3 HRS LATE. 3 MEN SHOWED UP TO COMPLETE THE JOB. 2 OF THEM DID VERY LITTLE WORK. MEN DISAGREED OPENLY ON HOW TO BEST COMPLETE JOB. DID NOT HAVE CORRECT SPRINKLER HEADS TO COMPLETE REPAIRS. INDICATED THEY'D RETURN WITH PROPER HEADS. THEY DID NOT. CHARGED $263 FOR 1 HOUR OF WORK. WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. I'VE SINCE RETAINED A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY WAS SOLD BETWEEN THE 2004 AND 2005 SEASON. ON TURN ON I HAD A PROBLEM WITH LEAKAGE. NEW MANAGEMENT BLAMED THE LEAK ON AN IMPROPER TURNOFF BY OLD MANAGEMENT. I CONTACTED OLD MANAGEMENT, WHICH DENIED IT DID THE TURNOFF IMPROPERLY. NEW MANAGEMENT SPLIT THE COST OF REPAIR. THE WORK SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN DONE PROPERLY. NEW MANAGEMENT IS STILL DOING BUSINESS UNDER THE OLD NAME BUT CALLS COME OUT OF THE NEW COMPANY, WHICH IT A BIT CONFUSING.

THIS COMPANY HAS A NEW OWNER WHO IS ON A LEARNING CURVE WITH THE BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES. THE ONE EMPLOYEE, PAT (WHO IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE) WAS RETAINED BY THE NEW OWNER. HOWEVER, I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM AS THIS YEAR. THE SPRING PREP WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY AND I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THE HEADS CLEANED, ETC. SEEMS THE VALVES AND HEADS NEEDED REPLACING A LOT THIS YEAR. THE NEW OWNER APPEARS TO BE CONCERNED AND HONEST (ISSUING CREDITS WHEN THE WORK WAS NOT SATISFACTORY). THE JURY IS STILL OUT. HOWEVER, I AM HIRING THE NEW OWNER TO DO A STONE PATIO. THE OWNER OWNS ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRACTORS, A LAWN CARE AND LANDSCAPE COMPANY. STAY TUNED.

QUICK RESPONSE, PLEASANT PEOPLE, QUOTE WAS THE HIGHEST OF 3 QUOTES TOTAL.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS AND CORRECTED THE SITUATION IN AN EXPEDIENT TIME. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEM.

I AM QUITE HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I FIND THEM PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEIR FEES ARE REASONABLE.

WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AND THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CAME IN DID THEIR JOB AND WERE DONE WITHIN 20 MINUTES, THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, THE BILLED ME WHICH WAS NICE. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
