I was surprised to see you were unhappy with the communication as I was in constant contact with you during the scheduling and after the job. It makes a timed job difficult when every household is different. The coupon you purchased was for 2 hours of cleaning, which was done. I asked you immediately after the job asking if what they did clean was cleaned "good" and to your satisfaction, which you replied "YES." Typically there is NOT a lot of prep work required before we begin a job, but this case was different. We had to move a lot of items in order to even start the cleaning process and on the kitchen floor a mop would not have been sufficient to leave the member behind with a clean floor. We cleaned it on our hands and knees in order to use specific tools and equipment to get it cleaned. It is unfortunate that the member decided to leave us a negative review after my cleaning crew has not worked in a home in this condition before.
