I have used PHCS Inc. on numerous occasions in the past when I needed help catching up on cleaning. I will continue to use their services in the future. The staff are professional and more than efficient. I never have any concerns that a detail will be missed.

The ladies cleaned, I mean deep cleaned, for 3 hours. That included vacuuming, dusting, and scrubbing the kitchen and our 3 full baths. They washed the wood floors throughout by hand. Moved light furniture, lifted up area rugs and runners. They carefully removed items from tables to properly clean. I could tell they liked working with each other too, as they talked to each other quietly. They shared the workload, updating each other as to what was still not done, to be respectful of what I wanted done and my timeframe (again, as it was hourly). They got everything done and the house really looks nice. I am quite pleased with the crew, the job they did and the company.
I would certainly hire them to come back. Jaimie emailed me after they left and offered to work up numbers for regular visits, an appropriate next step to bring in new, regular clients. We shall see what she comes up with! I would recommend these lovely ladies, for sure!!

I was surprised to see you were unhappy with the communication as I was in constant contact with you during the scheduling and after the job. It makes a timed job difficult when every household is different. The coupon you purchased was for 2 hours of cleaning, which was done. I asked you immediately after the job asking if what they did clean was cleaned "good" and to your satisfaction, which you replied "YES." Typically there is NOT a lot of prep work required before we begin a job, but this case was different. We had to move a lot of items in order to even start the cleaning process and on the kitchen floor a mop would not have been sufficient to leave the member behind with a clean floor. We cleaned it on our hands and knees in order to use specific tools and equipment to get it cleaned. It is unfortunate that the member decided to leave us a negative review after my cleaning crew has not worked in a home in this condition before. It's a pleasure to have a relationship with a local provider that comes when scheduled, efficiently does what their asked to do and even vacuums "patterns" into the rugs. I have no qualms about leaving them the key to the house. I know that if I had an emergency and needed them in a hurry, they'd do everything in their power to fit me in.

When I arrived home Thursday night, there were a few things that did not meet our expectation. (We had another service clean the house about a year ago and were very pleased with the service...however they were no longer in business) I decided to take a few pictures and then called the office after hours and left a message for Shawn. He returned my call promptly the next morning and offered to send another crew out to address my concerns at no additional cost. I explained that our party was the next day and that there was no time to set this up....my wife and I would have to take care of these cleaning issues ourselves. Shawn assured me he would make every effort to get it take care of before the party. A cleaning crew came to our house Friday afternoon and spent an hour taking care of the issues. We were completely satisfied with the finished product. Shawn gave us a discount for our trouble. He takes the business and his customers seriously......communicated very well with us and values his companies reputation. My boss once told me that it is easy when everything goes right.....the real test of a company is how they handle things when something goes wrong. Shawn did a great job of making things right!
I have never written a review of any company . I felt it important to give back to all those who have taken the time to share their experiences which I have used to make my decisions in the past. I trust this will be helpful to you.
