I wouldn't recommend MJO to anyone. He never returned my phone calls. He would always make an excuse as to why he didn't receive my calls. Very unprofessional and didn't communicate at all. I shouldn't have to call and complain about my services.

They mow every Monday and trim every Tuesday. He mails me a bill. I have used them for several years, they were very nice and know what they are doing. My dad used them before he passed away and we were not happy with the company we had so we decided to give this guy a try.

This review is posted near the end of the contracted period of residential snow plowing and i'm pleased to report that I was happy with my service. A few attributes of this provider that I personally find important. Dependability - always delivered as needed seven days a week. Thank you. Respect of my property. Snow was removed without tearing up my yard or driveway. Snow piles where placed where they did not interfere with local traffic signs. Accessibility - Even in the middle of a heavy snowstorm I was able to contact provider. Even though I expect more snow before spring arrives thanks for the good winter and I will see you again next year.

The winter isn't over, but it is OK. His truck broke one day and his substitute driver didn't plow our driveway...but I needed the exercise anyway.

I disliked the fact that they were often late. In the contract they stated that they would do the driveway before 6 a.m. Several times it happened a lot later than that, so that was not good. I would tell others to make sure that they hold them to their contract and their times. I would not use them again in the future.

"Unfortunately in the snow removal business, sometimes the punctuality depends upon the timing of the snow fall. Sometimes it accumulates later in the time period stated on the contract causing us to begin plowing the routes at a time that is impossible for us or any snow removal service to make it on time to all accounts. We always do our best to get them done in a timely manner without the quality of work suffering. I do apologize for your dissatisfaction."

.They did a pretty good job. They were not there that often becasue we had such a mild winter. But they were there pretty much when they were suppose to be there. I would use them again.

They are reliable. They come out when there is two inches or more. They have been known to exceed their contract by a few days if there is snow after that time. They also will do receipting if necessary if their is any damage.

I have used them for 9 years. They are always here when necessary. They come out twice a day. They used new vehicles. They send a news letter before a contract. They are very dependable.

I have not received the final bill yet, but I think I will be paying them $2800. They are very responsive. They respond by E-mail and phone right away. Mike, the owner, is very responsive. They are also understanding of constraints. They will come up with creative ways to make my lawn look nice at a bargain. They are very punctual. They are great. I will use them in the future.

I called Mike the day after the ice storm. He asked me a few questions about the driveway and then said he was on his way. He got here quickly and the driveway was soon clear. While I was writing him a check he shoveled the walk to my front door - I thought that was above and beyond. He said I was out of his normal area but also said I was welcome to call him again if needed. He never complained about the ice. He was friendly and helpful the whole time, and he charged the lower end of the price range he quoted on the phone.

The service is ongoing and I am very pleased with the overall experience. I have used other vendors services before MJO and was sadly disappointed in the work. I am very satisfied so far with MJO. They are very timely and responsive to my needs.

He had done it before and we had a lot of rain so he came back and redid it. He is dependable and I like him. He put in landscaping and he has cut my lawn for several years. His price is pretty fair. His price is better than another one we used.

I left for work before they arrived, I came home at night and my yard was transformed - it was amazing how much work they got done so quickly and they cleaned up so well there was absolutely so sign that that there had been a crew and trucks at my house that day. Mike later told me they needed much more dirt than estimated and made me a deal on the overage, plus he came back the next Spring and re-seeded sections of the yard at no charge because the previous Fall had been so dry.
