MECHELLE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO ALL OF OUR QUIRKY REQUIREMENTS IN WHAT WE WANTED IN A HOME (AND WE HAD A LONG LIST), THEN SENT ONLY LISTINGS THAT MATCHED THOSE CRAZY NEEDS. UNLIKE SO MANY OTHER REALTORS WE'VE HAD TO DEAL WITH IN THE PAST, MECHELLE DIDN'T SEND LISTINGS OUT OF OUR PRICE RANGE UNLESS SHE KNEW THE LISTED PRICE WAS UNREASONABLE (SO, KNEW THE SELLING PRICE WOULD BE IN OUR PRICE RANGE ACCORDING TO MARKET CONDITIONS OF SIMILAR HOMES IN THE AREA), NOR YARD/HOME STYLES WE DIDN'T WANT, NOR, ETC. ETC. MECHELLE ALSO INSISTED THAT SHE DO THE LEG WORK TO MAKE SURE THE HOUSES MET OUR CRITERIA BEFORE DRAGGING US OUT TO LOOK AT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING, RATHER THAN MAKING US DOUBLE CHECK THE CRITERIA AFTER THE FACT. WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT HER. VERY CONNECTED TO HER PEOPLE, VERY HELPFUL, VERY PROFESSIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
