The job who done in 3½ days (soccer than time frame given). Team did a good job. Ron sergeant (owner) was very responsive and wonderful to work with. He took time to clearly explain everything. Prior to the new roof and the other work he did we had a horrendous icicles problem. He promised that this would help address that problem. He has been a relatively mild winter. But during the few cold spells, we have not had a problem with icicles (have to see what happens doing a harsher winter). I recommend Lincolns Roofing! You won’t be disappointed.

On time and job completed in 1 day except for chimney crown which Ron came back to finish. Only few disappoints-while loading shingles; very noisy throwing or dropping bundles shook the house pretty good. Otherwise very happy also like the finance flexibility.

Owner, Ron Sweigert; was extremely patient with 3 owner initiated re-scheduling. Always responsive, pleasant and professional. Owner was on-site with 6 member crew for entire job. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will use them again when time to replace entire roof.
