Sloppy workmanship on my dolls. It took MONTHS and very little work was done. Very poor customer service.

"I have never been accused of poor customer service - I go out of my way to please people and I guarantee all my work. If anything I am always being told I do too much for people and do not charge enough. Sometimes the work does take months because I have a lot of people trusting me with their dolls and I do not hurry the work but make sure I do the best job for every person. I will be looking this person up and personally confront him if I did actually do any work for him. I keep very good records"

They ruined a priceless teddy bear. There estimate was right on. They tore apart fabric and ruined the teddy bear. They finished the bear on time. I would not use them again.

"This never happened - I have never ruined anyone's bear. I don't even know who is person is, I guarantee all my work and have been in business for 18 years - I work on antique dolls and bears of all values and am very careful and skilled. This is the first I have seen of this complaint"
