+ -1 moreCOMPANY GAVE A PRICE OF $350 TO DO AN APPRAISAL GIVEN OUR ADDRESS. THE COMPANY, AFTER THE APPRAISAL, CHARGED $375 BECAUSE OF THE AREA IT WAS IN. GRANTED THAT THIS IS NOT A HUGE INCREASE BUT IT'S THE PRINCIPAL OF GETTING AN EXACT QUOTE BEFOREHAND. THERE WAS NOTHING THEY DIDN'T KNOW BEFORE GIVING THE PRICE QUOTE. THEY'VE DONE APPRAISALS IN ALL THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES. THERE SHOULD BE NO SURPRISES HERE. THE MORTGAGE COMPANY TOOK CARE OF THE OVERAGE.
Description of Work: DID AN APPRAISAL FOR THE PURCHASE OF OUR HOME. PICKED & SET UP BY MORTGAGE COMPANY.
