DiNardo Builders

DiNardo Companies is a great construction company. I met Frank DiNardo of DiNardo Companies because he owned the lot that I wanted to purchase. If purchased, he was to be the builder. Before moving forward, I tried to find a review on DiNardo Companies but could not find any. I called his references instead. All three were asked the same questions and when asked, if they would build again, would they use DiNardo Companies again. All three emphatically said yes?no question about it, no shopping around. (As an aside, the list of references included every house Frank ever built. It was not a builder-chosen ?condensed? version.) After many conversations with Frank, I decided to move forward with DiNardo Companies and was not sorry about my choice for all the usual reasons such as quality products, great construction, Frank on-site daily, listened to my choices, answered all questions, and Frank being in constant contact with me through phone calls or text. Another huge thing that impressed me was the fact that many of Frank?s tradesmen (who also work for many different builders) have had Frank build their home, or will, in the future, have Frank build their house. In conclusion, if you want a ?partner? in your home build and not a boss, choose DiNardo Companies.
