John was a pleasure to work with. He was referred by a plumber to help create a new chase to hide pipes that had to be run due to inaccessible old pipe chase. He came in during the plumbing work at no cost to help come up with a plan to hide the new pipes and match the custom crown molding in a 144 year old house. We agreed on the job that day. Once the plumbers where done he arrived later that week on the day and at the time he said he would. He completed the work in one day and came in under budget. The work looks great. He matched the crown molding perfectly. The new around the chase and soffet look great. I highly recommend John.
