My reports include many photos and detailed descriptions. I spend a lot of time on my reports to make them easy to understand and locate defects. I take my time on inspections and I will not do a quick inspection. I will spend 4 hours on average and if given the opportunity, I’ll take longer. I treat every inspection as if i was inspecting for a member of my family. I provide several free home protection plans including a 90 day warranty and a 5 year roof protection plan!
