Arenesse Construction and Remodeling

He looked at the door and fixed my locks for me. But now they won't lock but that is not his fault because the door is hung wrong. He was very nice. He said he couldn't come the next week to re hang the door, but he said he would call me. He never called and I waited another week, and I called him and left a message for him to please call me. I haven't heard from him and I called him yesterday and left another message and hit 2 for emergency as his service states. He has still not called me back. He said 1 week originally and now we are going on the third week and I haven't heard from him.

UPDATE: He did come and drilled the holes so the locks would latch. He did not drill the hole deep enough, so now when I go outside it will not lock correctly. He did a bad job and I had to pay someone else to fix it.

UPDATE:  It locked for a couple of times when I left my house.  Then I discovered that it had stopped locking.  I had to pay someone else $25 more to have the holes drilled deeper so that the door would lock. 

THE CEILINGS ARE PERFECT YOU CANNOT TELL THERE WAS ANY DAMAGE. ROBERT WAS CURTIUS AND POLITE. hE CAME 3 DAYS IN A ROW SO THAT EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS COULD DRY PROPERLY.  HE CLEANED UP EVERY BIT OF MESS TO THE EXTREME. I WOULD RECCOMEND HIM IN A MINUTE.

It all went very well. He was very careful in everything that he did. He vacumed everywhere that he left any mess from the job, he doubled check everything before he started twice to make sure he did not forget anything.  He is so neat with his work.  No other part of our house was ever damaged while doing repairs.  (Unlike previous companies).. His prices are also very reasonable for the work that he does..I  recommend him highly for any job that you might have... I also wanted to mention that his personallity goes as well with the good job that he does.
