RETURNED 1 IN 10 PHONE CALLS OVER A TWO MONTH TIME PERIOD. FAILED TO FOLLOW UP AND PROVIDE ADEQUATE CARE AS PROMISED WHICH RESULTED IN POOR CONDITION OF LAWN. HABITUALLY GAVE PROMISE DATES THAT WERE NOT MET WITHOUT NOTIFYING CUSTOMER WITH A COURTESY PHONE CALL.
