They came out originally and took a look at my refrigerator and they ordered the part to fix it. Since then I have not heard from them in about a month and have tried numerous times to contact them. I left them a voice-mail but still no response.

Took the oven in Monday afternoon after they finally answered the phone--a real problem with communications.  I was assured the oven would be tested that evening and over the next several days.  When, after four days, I'd heard nothing I went to pick up my oven.  The service tech had not even looked at the unit--four days after service promised.  The office is completely disorganized and getting them to answer the phone is a real hit and miss operation.  I should have walked back out the door when I saw the disorganization but it was an authorized Panasonic repair station.  I have no idea how they became an authorized repair station except that, perhaps, nobody else will work on them.  I consider them totally unreliable and believe this place should be avoided.
