I really have a very negative comment to make about them. I had work done with them and I feel that the quality of the workmanship was very poor. The upfront explaining that to the owner and my disappointment with the workmanship. I had signed a contract and I only had three courses frankly through the contract, just because of the way the contract was written. It was really a very important antique and because of it being an antique of the family emblem I expected much better workmanship from it and when I explained it to her she really made no effort to try to rectify or to satisfy my complaint. I would never ever recommend anybody to go to her shop. Without being very suspicious and very careful about how the contract was written. I have been in her shop and her upholstery work looks good but unfortunately the shop is smelly and musty. It's a structural repair on antique furniture that is really sub power. She makes absolutely no attempt to rectify any complaint. Frankly she has no business trying to repair antique furniture. In the end there was an earnestness to overestimate their ability to work with antique. The price was very high. I had to have it redone by somebody else, it was so bad. It was shanty workmanship and the color of the staining, the color of the wood and the match was bad, it was horrible. I talked to a lawyer but by the time I would pay for a lawyer and somebody else to take it to court, it’s like I'm fighting with a contract. It’s not worth it. Their responsiveness was absolutely awful in fact threatening. She threatened me that she would have me turn to jail because I stopped the payment on the fax. I haven't got with writing anything about it because I knew it would be so skating. I honestly would sound like a blabbering idiot still to deal with, writing my own response to Angie's list, I absolutely would. In fact it was my sister standing her wrote me a note that says I have to say something about it.
