He have an old garage with separate doors for two cars. The opener motors are several years old and don't have the vigor they once did. Walter came out and inspected the collapsed arm above the door a few days before doing the work and quoted us a price we couldn't refuse. He not only reattached the arm to the wall, but also remounted that door's opener motor because he thought the existing way was a bit slipshod. We told him the other door sometimes got stuck, so he adjusted the tracks (where he could see a reason why the door would be getting stuck) and also lubricated those tracks. He also told us that while the motors likely were near the end of their lives, we might get surprisingly more use out of them over the next months or even years. He said to give him a call if we need help installing the new openers when the time comes.
Description of Work: Walter reattached the arm of the garage-door opener to the wall above one of our garage doors. He also remounted the motor, made a few other adjustments to and lubricated the tracks for our other garage door.
