We were jerked around for over a month until the owner blew us off after having (a) come by to evaluate the job and (b) having promised to finish it in a timely manner. The owner had a bad habit of asking us to call him, rather than following up with us. He also kept promising work he couldn't or wouldn't do. He jerked us along for over a month until he one day just disappeared *after promising to schedule our service appointment in a few minutes.* Bizarre.
