We pay for the service once a year. We have been using them for about a year and a half. They are good. They show up, they've never missed a day. No complaints. They don't leave the garbage cans on the street or in the driveway. They put them on the side of the driveway.

We have had no problems with our garbage collection. The quarterly price is a bit higher than we paid to our former company. I was very surprised at some extra fees that I was charged by our old company. After questioning Universal, I feel pretty confident that I won't be hit with similar unexpected fees. I am willing to pay a little bit extra to have that confidence in this company.

They are serious. They are here and gone by eight in the morning. They are very timely, and they even give us Christmas cards. They are great!
