I had another cleaning company arrive during the plumbers visit give me a quote that was very outrageous. I called PuroClean.
PuroClean arrived as scheduled and assessed the problem . Larry and Tom explained clearly what would be needed to clean up the bactial mess in the basement. I was give a very reasonable quote.
Larry and Tom took two hours and cleaned the complete mess in the basement which included sanitizing the floor and cutting out dry wall that had absorbed the contaminated water.
They not only cleaned the basement area but all the area up the steps and through the kitchen. They wanted to be sure it was all cleaned of any bacteria from foot traffic.
Larry and Tom were very professional and courteous.
