Our lawn has improved 100%. Even my NYC husband who knows NOTHING about lawns has noticed. Questions are answered professionally and with knowledge. Our lawn is a challenge, but we feel the Lawn Doctor team of Chardon offers real hope.

They applied spot weed killer which did extensive damage to my lawn . Then they refused t o come to inspect it or repair it. Then they canceled my service. My only recourse is to sue them in small claims court. Which I intend to do. My response to their reply. They are lying about everything. I have email conversations from them and me. They never showed up to inspect the damage they did to my lawn. They caneclled my service and refused to come to inspect my yard after they said weed killer did not do the damage and I disagreed with that. In one response from them . They said that weed killer wassprayed under the front of my car and it did not kill thecgrass. I find this very funny since my car is parked on a concrete driveway. Beware of this outfit.

"Customer threatened employees and was canceled. We visited his property to view the damage as he was watching from the window. Highly suspect customer applied Round-up on windy day. Sprayed a circle around the bird feeder and another area outside of the lawn that we did not treat. Areas had the same recently killed grass."
