They keep promising that they are coming. I have had to involve the attorney general and a lawyer. It also cost me $6500 extra because I had to have a pond re-dug that filled up with silk because they didn't put up fences or take precautions so the land wouldn't get destroyed. The pond is now restored because they had to turn it in to their insurance company, but they haven't restored the rest of the property. They also cut a road over about 60 acres and haven't done anything to fix that. They were suppose to grind up stumps and none of the work has been done. They did sparingly put some seed down, but they have to come back out and redo it because it is so spars. They haven't graded the brims or anything along the road they cut. They actually just made more of a mess. They have left me high and dry. I also dealt with the department of natural resources regarding them because of what they do, and they are on their backs because they are destroying the land of others also because it is running off of my property on to theirs. The man I have been dealing with has been doing nothing but lying. He has other people get permits for him because he cannot get them on his own because of this I have a mechanical lien on my well. Instead of renting a portable toilet when they were here they were using a cooler and left it here. I had to empty the cooler because there are kids here and I didn't want them getting into it. They would not listening to anything that I, nor my children who are in excavating, had to say. Some of the work is OK. When they dug the well they didn't even put in security or safety precautions up as they were suppose to until I got on them. There were too many mistakes that didn't have to happen.
Description of Work: I signed a lease with Hall & Horning to have two wells dug on my property. In the lease it says that after the well is dug they will restore the property 90 days after completion. The well was finished in early 2008, and I'm still waiting for the completion to take effect.
