Excellent work removing red squirrels from walls of house.

I had a raccoon that somehow had gotten in my gable vent and tried to settle down in that part of my house. Geauga Nuisance came out and even assisted me by blocking off the gable vent to ensure that the raccoon would not return. Thank you!

We called Tim Albright and he promptly responded. He set traps and quickly caught three squirrels in two areas over a period of two weeks. He promptly responded when a squirrel was caught , removed it and released it elsewhere in a rural area. He then did a very thorough job of closing all areas that could be used for entry of mice or squirrels. We were very pleased with his service and would use him again.

Tim did a very thorough inspection of the house to find the entry point and identified others that could become problematic. The house is over 100 years old, and there were several possibilities. The thorough inspection and monitoring of marked spots were key to stopping the intruding squirrels. Three were trapped and taken away. After making sure there were no squirrels trapped inside, the main entry and one possible future entry were closed/filled very well. The problem was resolved. I would definitely hire this company again.

Used Geauga Nuisance Control twice to trap woodchucks. The first time Tim set 3 traps and caught the woodchuck, but about a month later another one was still digging. The 2nd time the woodchuck had moved on, but Tim helped to block the holes so no further damage was done. Geauga Nuisance Control can only catch and release woodchucks.

There were squirrels and chipmunks. Animals can be pretty aggressive at getting into the house. They were very persistent at getting all the animals out of the house and then they did the carpentry work to seal up all of the holes to prevent future animals from getting in. They not only trap the animals but provide the repairs to prevent animals from coming in again.

I called Tim on Sat 19 July and he called me back on Monday and said he would come on Tues afternoon.  He came when he said,  He checked out the situation and set four traps.  The next day we caught one squirrel outside and one inside.  He reset the traps and the next day there was one in the trap outside.  He came the next day and put a piece of wood on the inside top of the doors so a squirrel couldn't chew there way in again, and put some screen in two other places where he thought they and other critters could get in. The 1st day he came he put something on the wasp nest, and the last day he removed it and took it away.

   I thought he did a very good job !  He was very professional and really knew his stuff.  He went around and looked the situation over before he did anything. I also thought his price was very fare.  It was $125 to come out and $65 per animal and the balance was for blocking holes and taking care of wasps.

    Tim was a very nice person to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a groundhog that was digging around the front porch and chewing on the wood. He installed a live trap, caught two groundhogs and a possum. He helped me fill the hole so that the animals would not return. It took about two months to catch the animals.  He was prompt, efficient, and very courteous.

Without going into the details, the job was not a simple trap and remove.  A raccoon had 4 babies in the ceiling of my basement.   She was loose in my basement and doing damage.
I called Tim in the morning and he came over that afternoon.  He assessed the situation, determined the best method and went about fixing the problem.  Everything was taken care of by the following afternoon.  I hope I don't have to use Tim again soon - but he's who I will call if I have similar problems.  Highly recommended.

He showed up promptly, when he said he would.Before he came into the house, he cleaned off his ladders, put booties over his shoes, etc.  My husband was impressed with the care he took.  
There are several places where the problems may have started, and he inspected them all (including climbing to find some places).  He also made some recommendations about things we could try to prevent the same critter problem next spring.
We haven't heard any sounds in the walls, I think he may have gotten rid of all the critters we had in our gutters.
I would definitely call him again, and recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Tim was very professional from start to finish. After removing the raccoon and babies from the chimney, he cleaned and disinfected the fireplace and fire box.
He placed a temporary cap on the chimney, then came back in a couple days to install the permanent cap (this was at my request, not because he wasn't prepared). His cap installation goes the extra step of drilling into the stack instead of just tightening around it to prevent cracking and to ensure it stays in place.

Wonderful!!  Mama Raccoon tore through the screen on the chimney and made herself a home and then had baby raccoons.  The roofers discovered the family when I was having other work done.  I called Tim and he was able to come that day and set the trap.  The raccoon was captured that night and Tim came out Saturday to remove the trapped animal.  He then removed the babies via the fireplace flu.  He cleaned and disinfected after removing them all.  He temporarily blocked the chimney to prevent further inhabitants and ordered a new screen.  He came back out and installed a heavy duty screen.  Tim was responsive and very helpful!  I would call him again for any similar needs!

Tim was superb. Raccoons had gained entry through a soffit that was poorly installed. Tim eliminated the problem, re-installed the soffit securely, went into the attic for a damage assessment. Fortunately damage was minimal and Tim only needed to readjust the attic inulation. Tim also made a recommendation for insulating the attic entry for heat savings. He definately went over and above for us! Great service

Heard noises coming from near the fireplace. Called Tim and he happened to be in the area so he was here within a few hours. He removed the bird and also recommended installing a chimney cap.
He was very professional.
