So grateful! The staff scheduling the appointment was courteous. We were able to schedule an appointment that fit in our schedule and was within a week of our call. The technician was friendly and professional.

it took a week for them to come out. no problem. Mike could not find the tank right away so he left after about fifteen minutes. and said another fellow would be out later that afternoon who would find it. no one ever showed and no one showed the next day and no phone call I called them and asked if they where coming or not or if they decided this was to involved for them to do or what. so I finally got a call saying they would be called out the next day. The fellow came out he found the tank in about five seconds and took about thirty minutes to dig it up. He re covered it and said one of the other guys would come out to pump it. two more days till someone finally made it out to do that. Now all these fellows were great! every single one of them which is why I would have them come out again but I think maybe because this was not an emergency it was not very efficiently run. at least that is the way I see it. But like I say I would not hesitate to have them come out and pump my tank again specially now we know where it is at!! They know there stuff that is for sure. good group. Maybe better run for an emergency than a routine cleaning.

We just had a septic installed after buying a house - our first time with a septic. We needed a rundown of what we can and can't do with a septic system, and also wanted to get set up for maintenance when needed. Called Cole's and they were responsive - called me back the same day. And they were honest - told me I didn't need them for probably 3 years. Even though I wasn't going to become a customer, they still took the time to answer my questions and get me on the right track. Would definitely hire in the future - really appreciated their help!

Cole's is very professional and helpful. Because of the location of the septic system, I needed an extra long hose which they had (many services don't). Alicia in the office explained to me the extra charge due to the extra equipment and work, which was again reiterated on site. I appreciated the advanced noticed and the charge was reasonable given the extra work involved. Even though it was a very hot 85, Derek worked diligently, carefully and thoroughly. When he was finished he reviewed his work and the condition of the tank in detail with me, which I also appreciated. They will send me a notification when it is time to pump again, which is very helpful.

Driver came out to pump out septic, went off driveway and knocked down a tree. I’m giving them a poor review because they never made any attempt to reschedule with me. I hired another company to complete the job, they had no issue backing up in the drive. My opinion is that the driver from Cole’s was inexperienced. But their customer service should have followed up to see why the driver left without completing the job.

We recently moved into our home and have never had a septic system before, therefore, we knew very little about how it works. Our serviceman, Derrick, took the time to explain the functions of every component in our aeration system, and even checked it to ensure it was working properly. As it turned out, the circuit had been tripped and the aerator wasn't running. Derrick came inside and reset the panel, then went out again and monitored to make sure it worked - all for no additional charge. He couldn't have been more helpful or friendly! I was impressed with how tidy the operation was, and will definitely use Cole's exclusively in the future.

It went very well. Previous companies insisted that I had to use septic tank product to as bacteria to the tank. This company told me no. Researching the info given, I discovered the previous companies lied.

Cole's was punctual, quick, and helpful in describing why and how to keep my septic tank operating correctly and the best maintenance schedule. They were also professional. I would use them again. I think their prices were good and they were a small, family owned company which is important to me.

Called about our filter alarm going off. The woman I spoke to was very nice and suggested that I call an aeration company first. I really appreciated the honesty and helpfulness, rather that just tell me they don't that type of work. She gave me a number of a company to call. When I just need the system pumped, I will contact this company. Their integrity is apparent from how they communicate.

I have used their services for about 20 years. They have always came when they supposed to and did what hey said they would. Their prices are very reasonable. Another company told me I needed a new septic tank and would cost almost $15,000. When I mentioned it to Cole's, he said he would take a look at it. He said there was only a busted part and he would repair it for only $250. He was able to fix it in just a couple of hours. He saved me between 10 to 15 thousand dollars! I have been very happy with their services.

I called Cole's Septic on Monday about scheduling an appointment to have our septic tank pumped and they were able to perform the work the very next day! I was given an initial price of $190 for Lake County but received $10 off for mentioning that I was referred from Angie's List. I scheduled a morning appointment and was a given an arrival window between 9am and 12pm. They arrived at approximately 10:30am, performed the work promptly and answered all of my questions. They were courteous, knowledgeable and even went above and beyond when I asked them to look at a problem with my leach lines. I will definitely use their services again.

They are very good and they have been in business since 1965. We called them and there was a reasonable wait to get scheduled. They are courteous and prompt. We have 2 tank systems and he recommended us to have anything done with the second tank system. My husband was also out there and they took him through the process. The work was done pretty quickly. We have a senior discount and it was 190 $ for a tank and you get 10 $ off. The price charged by them was fair and reasonable. I really don’t know what the going rate is and that’s why I am unable to judge about their price. I would definitely use their services in the future.
