Cloonan Plumbing & Heating

After seeing one of their trucks out on a job, we found Cloonan Plumbing & Heating on Angie's list. They had good reviews, which was important to us. They began our job by hand-digging a ditch close to the original house foundation to determine the exact location and type of underground gas line--after the utility line locations had been marked by the utility marking service. Then, with the assistance of the excavator, the gas line was relocated to allow for building the addition and for properly reattaching the lines. The Cloonans coordinated their work with the other contractors and expertly handled all of the plumbing needs, from connecting the underground natural gas line to installing all of the water and gas pipelines, installing the shower unit, toilet and faucets as well as providing all of the plumbing accessories. Because we live in a rural area, they also attached the sewage line to the septic tank system, again hand-digging the last several feet. They assured the proper inspections were in place and did a superb job. Everything works as it should, and we had no problems with their work. One more observation I would like to add: During the course of our construction work, we had many rainy days, and Randy and Tom always looked impeccable, and assured that they didn't bring any mud inside the house. We are very pleased that we chose the Cloonans as our plumbing contractor.
