A great experience. We highly recommend this company for a worry-free job, properly done. We had a challenging job: six trees plus stump grinding in a hard-to-access area in back of the house. Cleveland Tree is very well-equipped, and they bring expert climbers as well. Everything was done just as we requested. And they cleaned up the work area carefully afterwards. Joey and Ron are great to deal with, courteous and totally professional. A pleasure to work with.

I am happy with the results of the tree trimmings, especially in light of the fact that I was not able to provide any substantial direction when it came to what exactly I was looking for (beyond general thoughts). After the job was done I was walked through everything that had been completed and I appreciate that there were enough crew members sent out that everything was completed in a faster-than-expected time. Lastly, they left my yard in good shape afterward and didn't leave any noticeable signs that they had been there. Will use again.

Great service and zero damage. They showed up the morning that was scheduled and when they were gone, all that remained was some saw dust here and there in the surrounding area. Excellent work.

I hired Joey and the team at Cleveland Tree & Stump to come in and remove 4-6 trees of varied sizes including a few very large trees (job date was on 5/21/20). They did a fantastic job. The quote process was straight-forward and clear. The price was good (I had 3 other on-site quotes). The service was attentive and addressed my needs. Communications throughout the process were excellent. Overall the job was completed with professionalism and expertise. Went beyond our expectations. We had a 70’, 65 year old pin oak with a base diameter of 6’ that, although beautiful, was too big for the lot and encroaching on neighboring property. Very tricky location being within 20’ of house, garage and neighbors fence with utility lines running through it. This team was clearly professional with a systematic and safe process leaving the property in great condition (no clean-up for us). They also took the time to cut some special pieces per family members’ requests. I can’t say enough good things about the job performed and are now our “go to” tree guys.

These guys were great!! They cut 3 medium size trees and removed stumps in my backyard in under 30 minutes. They cleaned up much better than I would have!! The price I was quoted was much lower than any competitor. I will definitely be using them again!!!

Joey and his crew provided tree removal services that exceeded my expectations. He was a great communicator, who made us aware of everything that was going on at every step of the way. Not only did he remove 4 huge trees/stumps (that were very close to our house and power lines); he also took extra time at the end of the job to clean our yard of any debris or leaves that were present.

They did a great job. I had them take down several large old damaged trees along my property line. They were very professional and very careful not to damage my neighbor's property (took a branch down over my neighbor's power line) nor my property. They cleaned up all the debris on the drive and lawn. Their price was reasonable. I will hire them again when I need more tree work

I had a 75-80 ft red oak tree removed from my back yard and a maple tree pruned in my front yard. Joey and his team did an excellent job of getting the large red oak cut down in one day. They chipped the branches and hauled away the large trunk and did an excellent job cleaning up. They came back the next day for a couple hours to grind the stump, prune a smaller tree in my front yard and did another excellent job cleaning up. I was so impressed with Joey and his team's professionalism and excellent customer service. I would definitely have Cleveland Tree & Stump remove or prune the remaining trees on my property. I would also recommend Cleveland Tree & Stump to my neighbors, friends and family!

Excellent job! Professional team that maintained a clean work area. They worked efficiently and cooked the job well ahead of schedule.

We have 2 large trees threatening our house - 1 rotten and leaning, the other that the previous owners let grow until it was just an inch or two from the walls. Both were 5 stories tall or more. The issue is that our yard has no easy access, since we live on a hill. We had 2 other services come in and one couldn't do it at all. The other quoted THREE TIMES the price. Cleveland Tree and Stump were reasonable, did a fantastic job, and worked hard all day and until 9 to get everything done and back in place. They did an exceptional job cleaning up as well, and even knew how to put our fence back (a former fence installer did the work). When parameters changed they clearly communicated with us. All in all, one of the best experiences we've had with a service professional. Definitely look for them if you need any tree work done!

They were outstanding. They did about $1500.00 worth of work for me. Man, did they do an excellent and professional job in every respect. I would highly recommend them. I have about 3 acres here, and I have a lot alot of trees. They took out 6 trees that were some what dying. They were about 70% dead. The removal of the trees and the grinding of the stumps together was about $1350.00 initially, but I asked them if they would take and additional 3 stumps out. They did for another $150.00, which is not too shabby. They were prompt in responding to my request for and estimate. They wrote up an estimate for me very quickly and sent it by email. We made a deal very quickly, and they were here on exactly the time they said they would be. Man they were just professional and excellent. They did and excellent job. I was very pleased. Of coarse, the stump grinder had to come out the next day and he too did just as well. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the work. We told each other afterward, if we ever have an opportunity we would recommend them to someone. They were just so on top of every thing, they just really were. They worked hard. They were very very good. They were very clean, they cleaned up afterwards. They left a few mark on the yard from skidding the trees across, but nothing bad. I thought the price was excellent, because I have had trees removed before with companies that are very good also, but the price that they quoted me was outstanding. Their equipment it top notch, which to me is very important too. They had new equipment that was very much maintained.
