WORK WAS DECENT. HE RESPONDED QUICKLY, BUT LATER FOLLOW UP COULD BE SLOW. IN FACT, SOMEONE ELSE FINISHED THE LAST BIT OF THE PROJECT, BECAUSE HE DID NOT RETURN CALLS.
