Heating and Air Conditioning Service, Air Duct Cleaning
THE AIR DUCT TECHNICIAN WAS CURTIOUS, BUT NOT THOROUGH WITH HIS WORK. HE DID NOT REPLACE THE REGISTERS AFTER WORKING ON THE DUCTS. THE FURNACE CLEANING TECH, WAS LATE, TOOK AT LEAST 3 BREAKS WITHIN AN HOURS TIME AND LEFT WITHOUT PUTTING THE FURNACE BACK TOGETHER. WHEN MAKING THE APPOINTMENT, KELLY QUOTED ME A PRICE VERBALLY. WHEN THE TECH ARRIVED HE REALIZED THAT THE PRICE QUOTED WAS FOR A GAS FURNACE AND NOT AN OIL FURNACE. KELLY SPOKE WITH ME AND SAID THAT I SHOULD HAVE TOLD HER IT WAS OIL. IF WE WOULD HAVE ALLOWED THEM TO CONTINUE TO SERVICE OUR FURNACE, IT WOULD HAVE COST US THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO REPLACE THE FURNACE AS WE WERE TOLD SHOULD BE DONE, BUT THEY NEVER MENTIONED ABOUT THE LEAKING OIL TANK.
