 + 0 moreWe called this company because the Control 4 system was recommended to us and when we searched online, this company was one of the companies listed that instal this system. The cost was twice what we were expecting! John charged us for significantly more hours than should have been required. Worst of all, the work was awful. He calls his company "wirefree" but he had wires everywhere! He said he was unable to do this wirelessly and he was unable to hide the wires. We had to hire another handyman to hide the wires since he couldnt do it himself. The speakers were awful and not hidden in the walls, just dangling down from the TV. In fact he made NO attempt to hide any of the speakers. Since the system was installed it has never worked well and he charges AT LEAST $100 just to come to the house to fix it and then an additional $100 every hour he stays. We have needed him to come out so many times that now we jsut never use our home entertainment system. We just watch TV on our computers! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
