She did not contact us after Thanksgiving, or Christmas, or New Years. We phoned her once and she did not return our call. We stopped at her business and she did not meet with us instead she sent us an email "I understand you stopped in, and we are sorry we could not meet with you! We are in meetings all day today. Our work load has exceeded what we can currently handle and would like to apologize, but we will not be able to take on your project at this time. If something changes we will let you know. We are sorry we have kept you waiting. The projects that were to be completed by this time to start new ones are nowhere near completion." For being so professional during the initial consultation and keeping us hanging I would expect she would have contacted us sooner. Not after we phoned/came to her office. Really was interested in using her services, but after the last interaction, I have nothing pleasant to report.
