I called him back about 20 minutes later to tell him Sat would be great, but could he possibly stop by this evening since he's right in Chagrin and look at the tv so my boss would know a kind of estimate of what he'd be paying.  Robert said something to the effect of what do you mean...I said I had called a few other places and one was $399 which was way too high for mounting a t.v.- he cut in and said oh well them I'm way out of your price range. I said but wait, 2 I called were $199 and another $175 but they were booked through the holidays.  He laughed and said he was still out of our price range.
RUDE for absolutely no reason.  Needs to learn some customer service skills.  I wouldn't recommend calling them or using them for service if this is who is representing them.

He is marvelous. He does a great job. He isn’t the cheapest bidder but he is excellent and very very thorough. He also does camera surveillance and whole house audio.He also does whole house remote control for security lighting.
