 + -1 moreEvery person that I spoke to was pleasant and very determined to make good on their product. The delivery people were efficient and respectful.
Description of Work: Over 2 years ago, I purchased a queen size mattress set from this store. Recently I noticed a tiny spring sticking through the side of the mattress. I called the store to report it. Within hours I received a call from a service rep and within 5 days they came and swapped out the old one for a brand new mattress.
