Looked up Renards heating on angies list sent a message for an appointment , within a day I received a email and a call setting up an apt. Dave came on the day and time he set up. He cleaned and cked the furnace and the wall heater that had not worked in a few years because it wouldn't start. He simply vacuumed the heater and it started right up, he cked it over and showed me how to start it.
This is the first time I have used this service, but he came highly recommended by a friend. We talked about my furnace which is 20yrs old and broke last winter. The other company I have used for years has been telling me I need a new furnace for years, but the price was about $5000. I asked Dave to ball park the price of a new furnace which was considerably less and would be more efficient, so I am having him install a new furnace.
