It has been a total disaster. Every aspect of the order contained an error and that's why I have not received it. I ordered white glove delivery from the beginning. The trucking company called me on April 17th to set up curb side delivery here. I told them I had white glove delivery, not curb side. So he canceled the delivery and told me he would contact the shipper about the discrepancy. Numerous calls between Fawn & Forrest, Naturepedic, and me resulted in them telling me the white glove delivery would be 360 dollars. I told them that was excessive from what I had researched. Then I told them I wouldn't accept the order if it was 360 dollars and they changed their price to 175 dollars. Then I told her I would accept that and please schedule the shipment. On April 26th, Fawn & Forrest said that they had talked to Naturepedic who had contacted the shipping company to set up delivery of white glove delivery. I called the shipping company on the 27th to make sure the service had been scheduled and they said they were waiting for the o.k. of the white glove delivery. Today, I called and left numerous messages. Finally reached a member of Naturepedic who told me to call a member at Fawn & Forrest. This member said they would get back with me shortly. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received the mattress (which has been sitting in the trucking warehouse during this time). It has not been a pleasant experience. One of the managers called and informed me they cancelled the order and told me I was the problem of this whole situation. Because the mattress was shipped by truck and the mattress comfort topper was shipped to me via UPS, they told me I would get credit for the mattress only. He said they would send me out a UPS label so I could send back the comfort topper and I wouldn't have to pay for the shipping. I have not received the label and he never told me a timetable for when that would come. _______________________________________________________ UPDATED! They credited all the returns and I now have my money back. I was very thankful they were able to process this for me. I changed the letter grades from D's to C's for this action.
Description of Work: On April 10th an online distributor of Naturpedic, Fawn & Forrest processed my order for a mattress and comfort topper. They charged me for a bed and a mattress topper but I have not received them.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. I was able to take the mattress right out of the environmentally friendly packaging and place it in my son's crib with absolutely no worries, hesitation, or doubts about where he would be sleeping once he was born! There was absolutely no off-gassing of the mattress. He has slept great on the Naturepedic mattress since he was born, but has literally just started to jump out of his crib(two days before he turned 2). We were on the hunt for a healthy full size mattress and I was thrilled to find that Naturepedic now offers twin/full/queen mattresses, in addition to crib mattresses(they now have four types of organic baby crib mattresses, which also fit toddler beds!). Naturepedic is a wonderful organic and non-toxic mattress company dedicated to providing parents with a healthy/chemical-free sleep environment for their children.
Description of Work: Before my son was born in September of 2006, I bought a Naturepedic crib mattress(Naturepedic No-Compromise Organic Cotton Baby Mattress)for him and I absolutely love the mattress.
