Alex was great to work with when replacing our failed tank water heater. I was interested in tankless and Alex explained all the options to me in detail and allowed my wife and I to make an informed decision. He was able to get a crew to our house the very next day, they we’re very professional and did an amazing job. In less than 24 hours we had water again, and endless hot water at that! Very happy I chose Monroe Plumbing.

The toilet is in a 2nd small bath that has had problems.  Had to have floor rebuilt when I bought the house 3 yrs ago.  Monroe in stalled a new toilet then.  Last year, the new toilet was leaking & Monroe came out and replaced the wax ring.  Then noticed it was leaking again.  They came out and replaced with super-size wax ring.  Only charged me for a service call because they had been here before for same problem.  Nice to find a company that stands behind its work without even asking.

I called on 8/19 to get an approximate quote and schedule the work. The flat service call amount was as quoted and the final charge for the work was also within the range quoted. To accomodate my schedule, work was scheduled for 8/23. Scott was very pleasant and punctual. He completed the work within 30 mins. I waited before submitting my report to ensure the new faucet worked well and it does. Why I gave a "B" rating for cost: I don't really have any comparison for cost. There was a trip fee (pretty standard I believe) and the actual labor charge (no materials), plus tax of course. I gave it a B because it was a pretty straight forward job and the trip fee + labor cost seemed a little high for 30 min work but that would not stop me from using them again. As I said, I really have no comparison for cost.

Scott Adams came out and took a look. There wasn't any exposed plumbing inside so he would have had to run a new plumbing line. He strongly discouraged us from doing that because the pipes could freeze and burst in the winter. Instead, he suggested a part from the hardware store that would extend the faucet. We really appreciated his honesty. He didn't even charge us for the trip, he is a great guy! He just made my day. He went out of his way to be helpful and kind! His office staff is also very nice. He showed up early. I am incredibly impressed with this experience.

It went excellently. I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom to the livingroom ceiling below. The first plumber I had out thought the faucet fixture in the shower/tub was leaking and caulked it.The leak showed up again after he left. The second plumber gave me a bid to caulk and to open livingroom ceiling and replace pipes. Monroe Plumbing was the third to come here. I sort of knew it was the toilet that was leaking because we did not use the shower or tub (we have others) that supposedly was leaking down into ceiling. Scott from Monroe verified the toilet leak and quickly fixed. It's been 5 days and we have no further leakage.

I have been using Monroe Plumbing for 4-5 years. They come and do any fine tuning or repair work that we need to have done. They pick up after themselves. They are neat and tidy. They give you an estimate and stick to it, unless there is something else that comes up during the repair job. They came right on time, and at the earliest time given.

Scott Adams is excellent. He is always the one who comes out. He fixed a clog in bathroom for $138 when other companies said we needed a new trap which would cost over $1000. I wouldn't use anyone else.
